Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR2)

Status: Exempt Salary Range: $39,500 – $49,500 per year

Reports to: Happy Customer Manager

Mission: To create Happy Customers.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree in related technical field and 1 year customer service experience OR 3+ years of experience, in lieu of a degree.
