No Hidden Fees, No Setup Costs
With ActiveAlert, you will get all the great features of our software at a price per device fee. There are no additional charges for set-up, on-boarding, support, or calls. We believe in helping heroes save lives which means offering fair, straightforward pricing.
Radio Communications Tool
ActiveComms turns your users’ phones into a radio communication tool with our Radio Bridge and the software interface accessed through the ActiveAlert app. Pricing for ActiveComms includes an annual hardware fee for the Radio Bridge as well as an annual per user fee for software licenses.
There are no additional fees to replace the Radio bridge if it breaks or if a new model is developed. A Radio Bridge is not required if you don’t need to connect it to a radio channel.
For department subscriptions, any additional subscription purchases after the original are prorated to expire at the same time as the original. An ActiveAlert license is not required to use ActiveComms.
